What I do at AGConsult
I help clients to create an effective online strategy. I make a user-centric information structures and I draw the wireframes and mock-ups for their websites, intranets and applications.
At the basis of every online strategy and concept we develop is user research like logfile analysis, surveys, interviews and user testing. Because gut feeling will only get you so far.
My technical background and experience at various web agencies helps me to assess what the technical implications are of certain choices. I’m often also the liaison between our client and their web builder.
I help clients like Barco, Carglass and Yoast optimize their websites.
Want to know how I can help you map your new website, intranet or application?
What I did before AGConsult?
In 2003 I graduated in Applied Information Technology at the University of Ghent.
I worked as a Drupal-specialist for web agencies like Calibrate, CrossProjects (formerly dotProjects) and Wunderkraut (formerly Krimson).
Because I became more and more interested in driving projects rather than executing them, I started to focus on online strategy as an information architect, functional analyst and project manager.
When I’m not working…
You can find me at the art academy, honing my photography skills. Or practicing playing the guitar. A theatre or concert venue are also a safe bet.
Either that or I’m spending quality time with my two sons at a playground or child friendly museum.
