What I do at AGConsult
I research and optimize the user experience of websites and apps for businesses, governments, and non-profit organizations.
This always starts with user research: from surveys to data analytics. What are online visitors looking for? What is holding them back?
I translate these insights into A/B tests, wireframes and prototypes. Supported by best practices, usability is my guiding principle as a designer.
Language plays an important role in this. The right choice of words engages, convinces, and converts your visitors. That’s why I pay special attention to UX writing.
What I did before AGConsult
I developed the digital branding and online presence of small and medium-sized business.
During my studies in Journalism, it quickly became clear that digital media captivated my interest.
After a first job as a web copywriter at a communication agency, I took the leap to freelancing. With a focus on web design, I also supported my clients with content, search engine optimization and email marketing.
A growing desire for a more research-driven approach led me to AGConsult. This turned out to be the ideal environment to deepen my writing and design skills with usability and conversion optimization expertise.
When I’m not working
I’m rediscovering the world with my little daughter and an open mind.
In addition, I am fascinated by Asian gastronomy, dystopian science fiction and old-school rap music. I clear my head by walking or swimming.
