Van Marcke aimed for a better website. That means more return on investment and more happy visitors. Our experts analyzed the existing site and performed user research, top task research for example. The concept of the latter? We just ask online visitors what the purpose of their visit is. Based on the answers, we describe the top tasks.
The user test showed us where the website visitors got stuck. We described all the issues and offered hands-on solutions. We also developed a new information architecture and evaluated navigation by doing tree testing. This is a way of testing the navigation on your website by giving specific navigation tasks to test users.
We also organized a usability training for the employees. They are now contributing to online usability every day.
