Kipling was founded in 1987 in Antwerp and from there on conquered the world. Today, Kipling sells 6 million bags every year, in 60 countries. That are about 23 Kipling bags per minute.
The popular brand came to us for conversion optimization. We started with an expert usability review.
Based on user research we also worked out a new navigation structure and the concept for the European websites. We fine-tuned this concept based on user tests in different iterative stages.
We also made wireframes: the blueprint for the new and improved websites.
