What I do at AGConsult
I help you better understand your users. This allows for websites, and applications to be optimised in order to provide the best possible user experience.
I do this based on data collected through user research. This data is then translated into actionable advice to help bridge the gap between people and technology.
It is vital to me to work in a collaborative and result-oriented manner in order to obtain an outcome that meets the needs and expectations of the user and the client.
What I did before AGConsult
In 2016, I graduated with a Master’s in Communication Sciences from KULeuven. It was then and there that my passion for social scientific research and data was sparked.
My first working experience brought me into the domain of Customer Service. This allowed me to refine my communication and moderating skillset.
Because of my customer and team focus, I became the Showroom Mgr at Rogue Europe, where I was able to support my team in providing customer service tailored to the customer’s needs.
In 2021, I decided to pick up where I left off after completing my formal education and pursue my passions for people, research and technology. I did this by educating myself within the field of User Experience and Usability. That is how I ended up joining the amazing team at AGConsult who act as a sounding board and learning resource of human-centered expertise.
When I’m not working
Things I do to wind down: cooking, getting immersed in music, playing guitar, playing games (video/board/card games), and spending time in nature.
Things that energise me: travel, strength sports, and trying out new things. All the above preferably whilst accompanied by good people.
