On what can you run top task surveys?

I hate pop-ups. Doesn’t everyone click those away?

You’d think so, but that’s not the case. Not for us at least. Our top task surveys have a response rate between 10% and 15%.

Don’t I have enough data from digital analytics?

The data in your digital analytics tells you what people do, not what they want to do.

What analytics doesn’t know, is who your visitors are. And whether they actually wanted to visit the pages they visited. Maybe these are visitors who got lost.
