    The foundation of any successful conversion optimisation programme is a repeatable and scalable process.

    You’ll discover the strategic process we follow with all our clients.

  • 2. Quantitative research

    What are the best methods to discover where your users are having problems and where you’re missing opportunities?

    In other words: where is your business losing money? And where is there more to be made?

  • 3. Qualitative research

    You can’t solve a problem until you understand the why. Why aren’t your users doing what you expect? Why are your prospects dropping out?

    You’ll learn about targeted surveys, interviews and user testing.

  • 4. Developing hypotheses and setting priorities

    How do you turn an insight from research into a hypothesis for an A/B test?

    And how do you decide what to test first?

  • 5. Pre-test analysis

    When can you start AB testing? How do you determine the sample size of a test? And how do you determine in advance how long you run a test?

    If you cannot do A/B testing, what other options do you have?

  • 6. Post-test analysis

    How do you determine the winner of a test? Where do you measure the results?

    And what do you do after a test has won or lost? Or when it fails to produce a result?
