Because you want to be part of a bunch of geeks who can talk for hours about user research, UX and CRO.

Flexible working schedule

Because life is about more than work.

Organise your day as you see fit. Whether you’re an early bird or a night owl.

We don’t care when you do your best work. As long as your customers are happy and you meet your deadlines.

""

Space to grow

Once you’ve been with us for 6 months, you’ll get a substantial annual training budget.

Feel free to use that to get better at your job, buy courses or books. Or to work on your personal happiness.

""

Your opinion counts

We’ll regularly ask you which parts of tyour job are challenging but fun and which tasks really cost you energy.

""

Youth and experience

All age groups are represented in the team: from young guns to seasoned pro’s. With different life styles and different expertises.

We think different viewpoints makes working together more interesting. And our work more valuable.

""

Everyone is welcome

Your expertise and mindset are what matter to us.

Not your gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, age or disability.

""

Remote, but not distant

We don’t have an office. Meaning: you can work wherever you want.

But just so you know: that distance doesn’t mean we’re distant.

On the contrary! We enjoy the moments together all the more. Like our monthly coworking day, the weekly team meeting, and the weekly 1-on-1 with Team Lead Joke.
