What I do at AGConsult?

How I work:
- Collecting the right data from AB-tests, user research, heatmaps, Google Analytics and surveys
- Turning data into insights
- Create wireframes and mock-ups based on these insights
- Test suggestions for improvement, and implement winners
- Repeat
My goal for you as our customer: focusing on what really will make a difference. To help you get as much value from your investment as possible. I love online sales, and know a thing or two about consumer psychology. So I might come up with ideas for new products or services to attract and retain customers.

What I did before AGConsult?
In 2005, I graduated Journalism. After working in several executive positions in marketing and copywriting, I led several internet teams and projects for the federal government, and commercial parties.
In 2012, I started my own business, focusing on project management and conversion copywriting for websites in all kinds of industries. Tropical fruit wholesaler, international hotel chain, B2B cybersecurity, public transport, optical retail… name a subject and chances are, I’ve dived into it.
That brings me to 2021, when I started working for AGConsult.
What’s the similarity between a journalist and a conversion optimization expert?
In both cases, you’re challenging the status quo, you do research and you’re looking for facts. The result of this process can be a bit confronting. But this is how you’ll know what to do to grow your business. And that’s our everyday purpose at AGConsult.
When I’m not working…
I love to be on the karaoke stage. In reality, I’m too busy entertaining our toddler, DIY-ing our house, gardening, trying out new smoothie recipes, and meeting family and friends. So unfortunately, my singalong time with karaoke classics is limited to household chores and shower time. The neighbours haven’t moved out yet.
