What I do at AGConsult
I put myself into your users’ shoes, to get real and valuable insights about your website.
One of my preferred user research methods is user testing. This helps me to uncover not just the what, but also the why, of usability issues.
Quantitative data points me in the right direction for my research questions. The qualitative data provided by user tests gives me what I need to create the best possible solutions for your website.
After we’ve gotten to the bottom of our why, we move on to the next question. So now what?
To answer this question I give you concrete advice for your website, based on usability guidelines and our experience.
Ideally, we A/B-test our hypotheses to ensure that our recommendations really will generate the best results for you.
What I did before AGConsult
I studied Psychology at the University of Leiden where I was introduced to the discipline of Cognitive Psychology. I was instantly smitten. During my master’s degree, I got a taste of different projects in user testing, expert reviews and UX design or wireframing.
I took the opportunity to learn more about these fascinating subjects during my internship and job at a market research company as a user researcher. The time I spent here both confirmed my passion for the field, and opened my eyes to how much there was left for me to learn.
That’s why AGConsult is a dream come true: I learn something new every day. In a challenging environment with diverse projects, in a small team that shares my passion for the field of usability. And with people who truly care about customer happiness.

When I’m not working…
You’ll find me with friends and family in the Netherlands. Or out and about in nature, taking pictures. Maybe even in a yoga studio or jogging. Or just at a local pub in town.
